The 4LOVE Experience is a transformational mentoring and empowerment program for girls and young women ages 9-25. Birthed from a premise that there is beauty in being uniquely you, the 4LOVE Experience teaches self-awareness, self-love, and positive thinking. Our goal is to challenge and change the current beauty narrative. Our innovative platform and programs are designed to dismantle unrealistic beauty standards and redefine traditional beauty ideals.
OUR PURPOSE
The 4LOVE Experience Program’s purpose is to forge a healthy sisterhood and be a safe haven for young girls and women. We provide comfortable forums and empowerment programming for vulnerable individuals to talk openly about the emotional hurt, challenges, and trauma that impacts their wellbeing.
Our innovative program and experiences are especially designed for a diverse audience of girls, teens, and young women. Our dynamic mentoring and interactive sessions are great for:
Tweens: Ages 9-13
Teens: Ages 14-18
Young Adults: Ages 19-25
The Image Program is designed to foster self-awareness, self-love, and self-confidence. The course explores the origins of cultural and societal beauty standards and dissects the myths. The Image Program teaches mentees how to transform their mindset and create a positive body and self-image.
The Identity Program is designed to cultivate self-acceptance, vision, and purpose. The course explores the genesis of toxic thoughts, beliefs and behaviors. The Identity Program teaches mentees how to celebrate their uniqueness as well as how to exude inner and outer beauty.
In a culture that bombards teens with constant advertisement of unobtainable beauty standards and unrealistic images, it’s no wonder why 7 out of 10 girls believe they are not good enough or do not measure up.
